Our Keynote Speaker, Pastor Rob Salvato, serves as Executive Pastor of  Calvary Vista in Vista, California. He has been involved in pastoral ministry for more than 40 years, serving as a youth pastor, church planter, and senior pastor. After planting a Calvary Chapel church in Oregon, Pastor Rob returned to Vista in 1996 to serve as Lead Pastor of Calvary Vista, a role he faithfully held for nearly three decades before transitioning to Executive Pastor. He is also actively involved in church planting, missions, leadership development, and Bible teaching ministries. Pastor Rob and his wife, Denise, have three adult children and 5 grandkids.
