Our office staff will email to your stats (attendance) person a Google form, customized for your GNC, to be filled out after your first club meeting. This email should be saved in a handy place, since after each club day the form will need to be updated with the new stats. (If the stats person is familiar with Google Docs and has a Google account, the form can also be accessed each week from their Google Drive.)
The form is straightforward and easy to use – just fill in the boxes and hit the submit button at the end! Here is a sample of a completed form:
